My name is Wan Ling.
I'm leading a simple life with lovely friends and family around me.
I am the only child in the family. Some of you may think I'm pampered, but I'm actually just well taken care of.
I have a dog name Killy, which is a mixed breed - West Highland Terrier + Maltese.
My close friends who will always listen to all my ranting. (You know who you are) =)

arh!! so fedup with those ytd, there's this stupid guy wanted to change for more than the limit for 10 and 2 dollars notes. so he queue 2 time. the second time i told him we can't give him anymore 10 dollar notes cos we don't have enough stocks. can only allow re-queue for 2 dollar notes. he wasn't happy about it. was scolding me. alright, nvm. i ignored him. when i asked for his name, guess what? me: can i have your surname please? he: Mr X. me: huh? oh okay. so i got no choice to write Mr. X. -.-' today, he came again. not angry this time. again i asked him what's his surname. me: can i have your surname please? he: Mr Y. -.-" stupid loh. there's this indian lady who queued at the treasures counter this afternoon. i was told that they need to have their card with them to queue at that counter. so i asked her if she got her card with her. me: afternoon, are u treasures customer, and have your card with you? she: *no reply* [started to find her card in her bag] so i went to asked the guy behind her the same question. and that guy answered me YES. so i went back to the indian lady. and she showed me her card. after she's done with all her transactions, she came to look for me at the counter outside. she: [shouting] what is this? are u trying to discriminate me? just because i'm an indian? i'm an educated person okay? i know where to line up okay?! u didn't asked the guy behind me for his card and u asked for mine. what is this? i'm very upset about this okay? u've hurt me. me: i'm sorry. i didn't get u saying that u have your card with you. she: *walk away angrily* so sad loh. wth!!!! a lady was at the general queue. suddenly she asked for me. so i went over. me: can i help? she: i want to close my cashline account is it here? me: i check it out for u while u queue here first? went to check it with the officer inside. me: u just want to close your account and no other transactions right? she: yes. just closing the account. me: okay, u can actually do it outside over the CSA counter. when she got out of the queue, she started asking about funds and everything. me: u sure u are only closing account? or do u want to do other transactions? she: ya just close it will do lah. after a while, the counter teller came and say she need to do transactions. and was quite upset cos the customer don't want to wait. say i pull her out of the queue and now ask her to queue back. when i asked her so many bloody times if she has other transactions to make and she said no. because CSA cannot handle any financial transactions. den no choice BOM came out to settle it. after everything, they said she a bit weird. got something wrong. talk to her den she suddenly can walk away do other things. oh man!! customer service is bad loh. must face all these `wanling* |

haiyo, today at work, got someone dropped 30 bucks on the floor. lol. i'm a good citizen okay? i gave it to my manager. lol. damn lot of people came to bank today. don't know for what reason. 4.30 already still got 3 rows of people at the queue. i repeat, changing of new notes, please go to banks EARLY in the morning. DBS parkway branch ran out of stock as early as 9am. so to play safe, go at 8.30am when the banks open. =)`wanling* |

started working on friday. hmm.. well, everything's fine. nothing much to do actually. kinda bored. can't help with anything in the bank. =( just feel like santa claus while giving out sweets to customers. haa! about new notes, please go to banks early in the morning if u want to change more of 10 & 2 dollars new notes. stocks are running out fast!sian, got to work tomorrow. which means got to wake up early. which means got to sleep early. haiz. goodnight fols. *yawn* `wanling* ps: damn national service. |

alright, it's 2nd jan. firstly, i wanna wish all people out there a very happy new year. =Dhow great huh? start of the year and i'm sick!! damn it lah. lost my voice, can't talk, sexy voice. arh! anyway, i'm still looking forward to a brand new year. =) 2007 was .... eventful year i shall say. i learn a lot during the year. see lots of things. cried a lot. happy memories. tried lots of things. etc.. shall not say them all out. just keep them all safely in my memory box. just had our 1 year anniversary on the 27th december 2007. amazing, time pass so fast. can't believe it. it's already one year. okay now, bye bye 2007. welcome 2008 =D `wanling* |
