My name is Wan Ling.
I'm leading a simple life with lovely friends and family around me.
I am the only child in the family. Some of you may think I'm pampered, but I'm actually just well taken care of.
I have a dog name Killy, which is a mixed breed - West Highland Terrier + Maltese.

Christmas Evewent to ChuanZhong's house for bbq. =) it's great to see secondary friends again. Ms Cheng brought her husband and little prince there too. they didn't stay for long but was sure the limelight. haha. he's so cute. after bbq, went home. yea, i went home. something happened. and i'm glad that it's alright now. =) Christmas Day woke up to have branch with family before proceeding to TanSherTing's house. was there early to prepare. everything that we had planned went smoothly. guests arrived on time, food was more than enough and the important thing was, everyone had fun. well, at least that's what i saw. smiles on everyone's face. haha. this last minute party went well i should say. all thanks to the organisers - TanSherTing and LeeWanLing. haha.. others too. everyone halped. CinYi, WeeSiang and XuanWen who went with us to the bbq place to get food. Boyfriend who came to help out. Mummy who made the very delicious lasagna. last but not least, Aunt Jesslyn for all the extra food and their lovely house for the event. oh! and all those who came. =D Boxing Day woke up late. went to interview and den to TanSherTing house. stayed there for the night. kinda lame. cause we were all playing maple. haha. long time since i stayed over at someone's house. slept late cause Ning refused to go to sleep. haha. had a hard timg coaxing her to lie down. well, she did in the end. had no choice cause she's too tired. 27th Dec 2 years anniversary to us. *big wide smile* so fast huh? it feels like it was just yesterday when we knew each other in class 3n2. Boyfriend's in camp. so sad. he can't book out. went to orchard with Ting's family and Aunty Lily's. went to buy TanSherYing's uniform for secondary 1. den went to Raffles Shopping Centre to get their christmas present - Crumpler Bag. haha. just don't understand why they like it so much. well, they were very happy of course. haha. went back home. den we all decided to stay home for dinner. Aunty Lily and Aunty Jess were in the kitchen all the while. by the time we all went to the dinning table for dinner, it was covered with lots of food. nice ones. there are Ribs, Chicken Wings, Fish-n-Chips, Itallian Sausages, Soups, Garlic Bread, Fruit Punch, and Champagne. WOW. with no intention of eating home, they can actually make us such wonderful dinner with the cost less than 100$. it was more than enough for 11 people. Aunt Jess invited Boyfriend to join us. but too bad he's stuck in camp. oh! Uncle Steven cured my computer and fed it with Vitamins!! haha. yeah!!! finally my computer went to the doctor. haha. he cured TanSherTing's network too. no more DC-ing thousand time in 3 mins. haha. 28th Dec woke up early. well not exactly. Boyfriend had to wait for me 30th Dec stared on my new book - Twilight. and finished it. very nice. really. everyone should read it. haha. pretty exciting. can't wait to hurry-up type finish this and start on the other book - New Moon. =) alright. off to read my book. =) pictures? oh, next time lah. night everyone! |

christmas is coming. =)oh! Twilight is a very nice movie. well, that is if u hven't read the book before watching. asked daddy to buy the book for me from KL and he did. the first 2 books. haha. so happy. can't wait for him to come back. christmas party at TanSherTing's house on Christmas day itself. =) i hope it goes well. it will. right SherTing? haha. of course it will. 24 hours to Christmas! 72 hours to 2 years. =) 144 hours to New Year! yay! it's time for celebrations and celebrations and celebrations!!! presents are welcome. `wanling* |

meet Boyfriend at tamp this afternoon, den went to town. finally, met MayYeh and gave her the wristlet. =)meet up with the usual group of XiYao friends. lunch at subway, den pool at lucky. went to partyworld after that till 8pm. haha.. dinner at Cine and slacked there till 10+ before heading home. it's been so long since i met them. some can't come. shall meet up soon. was watching Wild Child online just now. it's nice can? Boyfriend doesn't wanna watch with me in the Cinemas. after watching makes me wanna go England'b boarding school. haha. and earn a lot of money and buy a BIG BIG house. with a swimming pool just beside the sea. oh my god ! lol. it's a very girlfriend movie. best for watching it with a bunch of girlfriends on a sleepover. story-line wise, i think there should be a part 2. ending is kinda ... they didn't really say what happened to Poppy and the guy. oh! she's pretty, and the guy's hot!! i swear. haha. alright alright, i'm feeling better. =)Last Friday (12/12/08) went to Ning's concert! haha. so cute can? all the little children. haha.. Ning's so cute that night. she was wearing this red dress. so sweet looking. with her (favourite) make-up on. oh! Boyfriend went too. =) i'm glad that he managed to rush there on time. Today woke up early and went to work. was late for the most 20mins. anyway, reach there and saw the 2 guys Jordan said that would be working with Izza and I. one was Ben (the irritating one), the other was Issac (the not so bad one). -cut out all the long winded and straight to the conversations- Me: hi, erm.. did you guys see Jordan? Ben: he left. Me: oh alright. so did he leave the uniform and time card with you? Issac: yea, it's in the room. Me: thanks! Ben: 为什么打你们的电话你们不会接的？(why did u girls not answer my phonecall?) Me: 原来是你啊？(so it was you who called.) Ben: Jordan 不喜欢人家迟到的。(Jordan don't like people who are late) - obviously using jordan to say that we're late. - Me: 是吗？那我们不迟到也迟到了，他又能怎样？(we're already late. what can he do?) Ben: 该次有工作就不会找你们了。(he won't ask you all to work for any jobs next time.) Me: 是吗？那没关系，反正我也不稀罕。(it's okay, we don't care for this job anyway.) Ben: *LL nothing to say* Ben: which school are you from? Izza: PSB Academy. Ben: which secondary are you from? Me: sorry, but is there a need to tell you? because i don't think that it is necessary for you to know. Ben: is it a good school? Me: what has it got to do with good or not good? Ben: *shake head* Me: just because you can't out-talk me and you wanna blame it on my secondary school. Ben: *walks away* Ben: can you do me a favour? *give a bag of food to Izza* pass this to Issac and tell him it's his lunch. Izza: huh?! oh okay loh. *takes the bag* Me: NO WAY! why can't you pass it to him yourself? he is just right there! *push Izza's hand away* (FYI, Issac is just less than 2 steps away.) Ben: so you all wanna take the inside? Izza: huh? take turn loh. (nicely) Ben: *sigh* it's okay, we shall take the outside. i can smoke there. *turns to Issac* 快点出去，我有高血压。(hurry go out! i got high blood pressure.) *gives me a stupid face* -went for lunch at 1.40pm and came back at 2.15pm- (FYI, they went for lunch at 2.30pm and came back at 3.50pm. nearly 1.5hours.) Ben: why did you all go for lunch before 2pm? Izza: huh? why? we went off at around 1.30pm what. Ben: do you know you're not supposed to go for lunch before 2pm? Me: no. we don't. Ben: Jordan said so. Me: too bad, he didn't tell us. Ben: he said it this morning. Me: oh. den? Ben: now i'm telling you lah! Me: orh. Ben: why didn't you tell us you all were going for break? Me&Izza: *ignored him* Me: where were you all just now before we went for our break? Issac: oh. er.. a corner away. Me: i see. because i tried to look for you guys but couldn't find. yea, that's way we just told the branch manager we're going for break. Izza: ya. we didn't see you guys. Issac: oh! -Diyanah & Hann came down and the 4 of us were talking, when Ben came over ...- Ben: what are you doing? Me: talking loh! There was a World wide survey of "Most Embarrassing Moment in human life"the finale had the following three incidents....Third Place "It was the day before my eighteenth birthday. I was living at home, but my parents had gone out for the evening, so I invited my girlfriend over for a romantic night alone. As we lay in bed after making love, we heard the telephone ringing downstairs. I suggested to my girlfriend that I give her a piggy-back ride to the phone. Since we didn't want to miss the call, we didn't have time to get dressed. When we got to the bottom of the stairs, the lights suddenly came on and a whole crowd of people yelled "SURPRISE!". My entire family, aunts, uncles, grandparents, cousins and all of my friends were standing there ! My girlfriend and I were frozen to the spot in a state of shock and embarrassment for what seemed like an eternity. Since then, no-one in my family has planned a surprise party again. Second Place "While in line at the bank one afternoon, my kid decided to release some pent-up energy and started to run amuck. I was finally able to grab hold of her after receiving looks of disgust and annoyance from other patrons. I told her that if she didn't start behaving herself right now, she would be punished. To my horror, she looked me in the eye and said in a voice just as threatening, "If you don't let me go right now, I will tell Grandma that I saw you kissing Daddy's pee-pee(dick) last night!". The silence was deafening after this enlightening exchange. Even the tellers stopped what they were doing! I mustered the last of my dignity and walked out of the bank with my daughter in tow. The last thing that I heard as the door closed behind me were the screams of laughter. And the Winner is... This one actually happened at Harvard University in October last year. In a biology class, the professor was discussing the high glucose levels found in semen. A young female (freshman), raised her hand and asked, "If I understand what you are saying, there is a lot of glucose in male semen, as in sugar?" "That's correct." responded the professor, going on to add much statistical data. Raising her hand again, the sweet young thing asked, "Then why doesn't it taste sweet?". After a stunned silence, the whole class burst out laughing, the poor girl turned bright red and as she realized exactly what she had inadvertently said(or rather implied), she picked up her books without a word and walked out of the class, and never returned. However , as she was going out of the door, the professor's reply was a classic. Totally straight- faced, he answered her question, "It doesn't taste sweet because the taste-buds for sweetness are on the tip of your tongue and not in the back of your throat! `wanling* |

went blading with Joyce, Jonathan, and Boyfriend today. and OUCH! i had a very BIG blister on my ankle. grr.. oh! we didn't take any photos. hmm.. anyway, i think i had to exercise more. apparently i was the last. Joyce was blading with me and she's like always in front of me. the 2 guys were cycling, so yea. we blade all the way from Mac to Sailing Centre. omg. that's really far. and because of the stupid blister, i had to hold on to Boyfriend all the way back to the rental shop. lol. how nice of Boyfriend to let me cling onto him. =) after blading, went to Subway to settle our dinner. talked a while and went to play pool. Joyce, we should do this more often!! like on a weekly basis? haha.. it's healthy can? and i can lose weight. hahahaha... Daddy's going to GuangZhou for the XiYao camp later on at around 5+am. he'll only be back after 10 days. sorry Daddy. i came home late and didn't get to talk to you.. `wanling* |

yesterday=) went to watch Bolt with TanSherTing. won 2 free tickets from some Great Eastern lucky draw. the event was held at The Cathy, Cineplex. and there's a lot a lot of people. they had cocktail session from 6-7 with food, drinks and games for kids. anyway, we went for dinner at 日本村. the one with 99cents per plate of sushi. kinda cool. first timer there and it's was all self-service. had a quick dinner and went up to the cinema. when we went in, we saw a box of 'bento', a can of coke, and a book on ,every seat. cool right? haha. the movie's nice! kids should love it, adults should find it entertaining. kinda touching at the end. i'll probably rate it 4 stars. got time must go watch kay? and the dog is SOOOOOO CUTE! haha.. after the movie, went to Starbucks for a drink. oh, before we watched the movie, there were lots of people queing at Starbucks. we didn't even ask what was it 'cause we're rushing for the movie. so while buying for our drinks, i asked the cashier. me: hey, why were there so many people here just now? he: huh? oh..... because we're Starbucks, and we're great! *raise eyebrows* me: -.-" oh okay. ting: *laughing* he: haha.. because, from today's -*i forgot what event*- and from 5-7pm, all tall drinks were free... *raise eyebrows again* me: omg! really? okay okay. ting: *shocked, open mouth* he: *cheeky face* and you missed it!!!!! *stick tongue out* hahahaha me: -.-"" i know. ting: *laugh, laugh, laugh* omg!! so cool right? but too bad we missed it. =( went home and had a goodnight's sleep. today Boyfriend came while i was still sleeping okay. got to go to bed!! night night~ `wanling* |

Boyfriend came early this morning. well, not exactly early but i was still in lala land. woke up, and had breakfast together. =) went to my dental appointment and walked till 6+pm. it was so sweet for Boyfriend to walk me all the way from Clarke Quay to Victoria Concert Hall. thanks.. =Dit was a pity that Boyfriend had to go back to camp and he missed TK Band's yearly concert. anyway, the concert was wonderful! totally very cool!! haha. TanSherTing you did well!! jia you.. Ning was an irritating-bugger-housefly tonight. throughout the WHOLE concert, she was buzzing in my ears asking lots of stupid questions about Boyfriend. and yes, my BOYFRIEND. lol. i finally gave up. called Boyfriend and Ning invited him to her concert next friday. and guess what? she acted so sweet and innocent on the phone with Boyfriend. omg. *roll eyes* haha. and Boyfriend find her cute. -.-" poor me. *shake head* i love her still. =) i'm gonna be in town tomorrow. will be watching Bolt with TanSherTing in the evening. with the tickets i won through a Great Eastern lucky draw. alright. darn tired. goodnight earthlings ~ `wanling* |

hey hey !!! i'm so happy... 'cause exams are over. and it's time to enjoy my not-very-long holiday!!! ask me out yea? i'm be super free. that is IF i don't find a job. well.. i wanna work. den i'll be able to earn money for all my shoppings!!! Chirstmas is coming. after that will be New Year, and than Chinese New Year & XiaMen. =D can't wait to get out of Singapore. it's a lovely island. but it's good to take a walk outside the smal dot once in a while. =) oh, i read something on New Paper yesterday. an article about little girls get conned into posing for lingerie, nude or even 'artistic' shoots. some photographer do this for their own pleasure. they prey on those teenagers (below 16yrs) who wanna be models so badly till they'll do any pose to make their dreams come true. it's kinda saddening seeing these people make use of innocent girls. well, can't blame them totally. so girls out there. if you wanna become a model, go through a proper process alright? make sure you're legally aged, and ask your parents about it before accepting any offers. =) gosh, it's so scary. Boyfriend bought New Paper yesterday and the cover page was the lady who got killed in Mumbai. when i flipped open, it was an article about economic crisis. then, about Bangkok protesters, then about the modelling, followed by a detailed article about Lawer Lo Hwei Yen who died in Mumbai, then about how terrorists planned their attacks ...... all negative articles. oh dear! what is happenning to our world? sigh.. `wanling* |
